Terms of sale

These are the commercial terms this website already states, collected in one place for Singo Trading & Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202318676K). They are not a solicitor-drafted contract. Where a checkout or a written confirmation says something more specific, that document is the one that applies to that order.

Who sells

Singo Trading is the importer of record in Singapore. Green coffee is sold to you as a domestic delivery. You do not file your own SFA registration to buy from this site.

Units

Coffee is sold in 25 kg Units, priced per kilogram. The price on the lot page states whether GST is included. A cart above 300 kg does not check out; it goes to an inquiry and is arranged directly.

Samples

The sample itself is free. You pay the courier. Each sample is 350 g, up to three lots per company every 21 days, and the courier is charged by how many samples are in the cart and shown before you pay. Order 25 kg or more within 21 days of that payment and the courier charge is credited in full at checkout.

Availability

A lot can be ordered while its availability window is open. Outside that window the lot page says when it returns, or that the window has closed, or that no window is recorded. A lot page does not offer a sample the lot cannot fulfil.
