Privacy notice
Singo Trading & Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202318676K), 180B Bencoolen Street, Singapore. This page records what this website asks for. It is the notice the site can state from its own behaviour. A named Data Protection Officer and a solicitor-reviewed PDPA notice are still for the company to publish; nothing below invents either.
What you give us
- An account: first name, last name, email, a password, company name and UEN.
- An inquiry: when you need the coffee, your name, email, and optionally a telephone number, company and a note.
- An order: the cart (samples and 25 kg Units), delivery details at checkout, and the payment your bank or PayNow confirms. Card numbers are not stored on this site.
What this site does not do
There is no analytics beacon, advertising pixel or tracker in the pages. The site does not set a cookie in order to measure you. A session cookie is what keeps you signed in and what holds a cart.
The bot check on three forms
The inquiry form, the services contact form and the registration form use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from an automated sender. On those three forms only, Cloudflare receives signals from your browser and device, and your IP address, for that check and nothing else. It is the one third-party script on the site, and no other page loads it. Cloudflare may process that data outside Singapore. What it does with it is set out in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Why
The account is the company's, so colleagues can see the company's orders. An inquiry is how an order above 300 kg is arranged. Samples and Units are how a smaller order is placed. We use the details you submit for those things, and to reply to you.
